Wall Art Success
Giant Schnauzer Health Fund Wall Art Auction Raised £709.24
The GSHF commissioned a bespoke metal wall art Giant Schnauzer for auctioning, to raise funds towards their £2000 donation to the Canine Genetics Centre epilepsy research. Due to its great success, two further Schnauzers were commisioned and auctioned.
The wall art was collected at the Club’s Championship show; presented to the health fund by judge Frank Kane. They later made their way to the top bidders in Cornwall, London and Sheffield. In total all 3 items raised £709.24 for the health fund. The GSHF would like to thank all of the bidders for their support. Extra special thanks goes to Cheryl Tunnicliffe, who’s late husband, Keith, made the template for the wall art, and Cheryl did all the hard work organising the facbrication, and going back and forth to the manufacturer in Burton-on-Trent. Without Cheryl and Keith the wall art and fund raising wouldn’t have been possible.
